Let’s protect our nature – let’s draw differently!

Sharing the experiences of the activity “Plant adorns us” that was carried out in the project partner meeting in Lithuania with the students and teachers of Plungė kindergartens “Pasaka” and “Nykštukas”. The Action Day of Nature Conservation Schools “Let’s protect nature – let’s draw differently” was mentioned. Teachers presented how to create natural dyes from various fruit, vegetables and herbs. They told how important it is to be nature friendly and protect our environment. Children learned that chemical dyes can be replaced with natural ones. After creating natural dyes children decorated the linen fabric, they tried various techniques: batik, stamping, painting.
